10) How do you feel about your wounds / scars?
I like them, but at the same time I don’t.
I like seeing them because they remind me that I’m still here, alive and coping, even if it’s not in a great way. Battle wounds :)
The downside is that they can be hard to hide. I can’t wear certain clothes sometimes because you’d be able to see the marks, which sucks. I can’t wear shorts or anything like that because I have cuts on my ankles at the moment. I can’t wear t-shirts either for the same reason. Once they scar over, they’re easier to disguise because make up goes over them smoothly. So then it’s not too bad.
I think overall I like them more than I dislike them, which is probably weird.

9) Have you ever taken pictures of your wounds? Discuss.
I don’t take photo’s because I think that’s kind of gross, to be honest. Also, the marks arent for anybody else, they’re for me. They’re on my body already, why would I want to commemerate them with a photograph that someone else might find?
I mean, I get that some people post pictures on Tumblr because it helps them and stuff, but that will never be for me, so.
The closest I’ve come to taking a photo would be when I did the butterfly challenge with Katie, and we sent eachother pictures of our butterflies because we were laughing at how awful we were at drawing :’) You could see the marks on my arm then, so I guess that kind of counts.
8) What is the most supportive thing anyone has ever said to you about Self harm?
Someone told me I’m better than that and that I don’t need to hurt myself to feel good, or okay, or to punish myself, which was sweet.
Nix drew a butterfly for me when I was doing the Butterfly Project, which was nice.
I’ve had lovely messages from some Tumblr people about it too.

4) Running (but I’m not allowed to do that anymore. Boo. Whores.)

8) Dancing (like a loser…I’m not a good dancer)

10) GymnasticsUnfortunatly, I’m not very good at letting myself be distracted by these things, and more often than not I end up SHing anyway. Fail.
